CURIOSITY, RESEARCH AND PASSION

“I am a curious person, and I challenge myself in everything I do. I started blowing glass in the furnace with my father in 1979, at 16 years old. At first, I didn’t think it would be my job: it was like a punishment when I didn’t feel like studying. But it turned out to be a job that I love and am still passionate about today.”

Lu Murano

Blown glass chandelier design

LU Murano is a unique concept design that is both revolutionary and traditional. Sinuous blown-glass shapes are dynamically combined, with a flowing, organic movement that is a unique trait of our modern chandeliers. Each piece is individually designed and blown by the artist at extremely high temperatures.

A modern chandelier conceived like a veritable Murano glass ikebana. Its elements are assembled artistically, one by one. Each chandelier is unique, entirely hand made, and is a bold and striking statement, giving the room a distinctive look with its contemporary design.
